JoinNests Sales Partner Programme

What this is

JoinNests pays you when you bring in organisations that stick around. No cold calling on our behalf, no quotas, and no targets. You refer, we close, you earn.

This is a commission-based partnership arrangement, not a salaried role. You work on your own schedule, from anywhere.

How it works

You refer an organisation to JoinNests. If they sign up and remain on a paid plan for 2 months, you earn:

• RM 200 for a Basic plan organisation (RM 800/month)
• RM 350 for a Pro plan organisation (RM 1,499/month)
• RM 1,200 for an Enterprise organisation

There is no cap on referrals and no exclusivity. Refer as many organisations as you like.

Commission tiers

1 to 3 organisations referred:

• Basic: RM 200 per organisation
• Pro: RM 350 per organisation
• Enterprise: RM 1,200 per organisation

4 to 8 organisations referred:

• Basic: RM 300 per organisation
• Pro: RM 500 per organisation
• Enterprise: RM 1,200 per organisation

More than 8 organisations referred — higher rates, discussed individually. Once you consistently bring in more than eight organisations that stay, we'll also have a conversation about bringing you on as a permanent member of the JoinNests sales team.

How we track referrals

Simple and manual for now. When you make an introduction, log it through your Sales Partner account and let us know the organisation name and who you spoke to. We'll record it under your name and follow up directly.

Once the organisation has remained on a paid plan for 2 months, we'll contact you through your account and arrange payment via bank transfer.

We're being transparent. This isn't an automated system. It runs on trust and communication, and we'll hold up our end.

Who this is for

Anyone with connections to Malaysian associations, professional bodies, clubs, councils, NPOs, or other membership-based organisations. You might be:

• A secretariat professional who knows how other organisations struggle with the same problems yours used to.
• A consultant or freelancer who works with associations and professional bodies.
• Someone who sits on a committee and knows ten other committees that need a better system.
• A community builder with a network of organisers.

You don't need a sales background. You just need to know people who run organisations and believe JoinNests would make their lives easier.

What we ask of you

Nothing formal.

• No contract beyond a simple referral agreement.
• No minimum referrals.
• No reporting requirements.

Just refer honestly, don't misrepresent the product, and log your introductions through your account so we can follow up properly.
