This is the first public version of JoinNests: everything your association needs to stop running on spreadsheets and start running properly.

Getting members in Members apply through a form you build: your fields, your categories, your rules. Multi-step if you want, with consent checkboxes that are legally timestamped the moment they're ticked. No developer needed to set it up, no IT team needed to run it.

Reviewing and approving Applications land in a queue. Your committee reviews, approves, rejects, or leaves a note: all logged, all searchable, forever. If your process has multiple stages (secretariat reviews, then committee approves, then president signs off), you can configure that too. Every decision has a paper trail.

Membership records that don't live in a spreadsheet Every approved member gets a membership number, a start date, and an expiry date automatically. If you generate certificates, they're produced the moment you approve and stored against the member's record. No Canva, no manual work.

Renewal season without the chaos Reminders go out automatically at 30 days and 7 days before expiry. Members renew through their own portal, upload their payment proof, and your admin approves it. Expiry dates update on approval. No chasing, no spreadsheet updates, no WhatsApp broadcasts.

Keeping track of payments Record how each member paid: cash, bank transfer, or online. Every payment is logged against their record with a reference number and date. Export to CSV any time for your treasurer.

Bulk migration from your old system Already have members in a spreadsheet? Upload it. JoinNests reads your columns, matches them to the right fields, and imports everyone in one go. Even messy files with branding rows and merged headers. Members who don't match get flagged in a report you can download and fix.

Your brand, not ours Upload your logo and set your primary colour. Your members see your organisation's identity throughout, not a generic platform.

Security and compliance built in Every consent is hashed and timestamped server-side. If a PDPA audit ever asks for proof that a member agreed to your privacy policy on a specific date, you have it. Certificates are generated and stored securely. Your data never touches a public URL.
