JoinNests has reached Release Candidate. Everything planned for launch is built and live. Here is what landed since the Public Beta announcement.

Billing improvements

Plan switching is now seamless. Upgrading or downgrading updates your subscription in place with no interruption. Organisations can always access their billing settings regardless of account status.

Member Requests

Admins can now send structured requests to members directly from the application or member detail page. Ask for a missing document, request a correction, or follow up on anything. Members receive a notification on their portal, respond with text or a file upload, and the conversation threads back and forth until resolved. Email notifications fire on every action.

Email field type

A dedicated email field type is now available in the form builder with proper format validation on submission.

Form builder improvements

Organisations now have full control over which fields appear on their registration form. Add exactly what you need, nothing more.

Flexible member profiles

Member name and phone are no longer forced fields. Collect what your organisation actually needs.

Spam protection

Cloudflare Turnstile is now active on member registration forms to block automated submissions.

Command palette

Press ⌘K anywhere in the admin portal to search members, navigate instantly, or trigger quick actions. The sidebar can be customised from Settings, Preferences.

Marketing site

joinnests.com is fully live with industry pages, a contact form, careers, blog, and changelog. The Sales Partner referral programme is open for applications at members.joinnests.com/joinnests.
